Our Conference Room, with up to 40 seats, is available for every aid organization, free of charge. Each organization may use our conference room for up to 4 sessions per month. Morning sessions start at 08:00 and end at 12:00, afternoon sessions start at 14:00 and end at 18:00. All-day usage, 08:00 to 18:00 counts as two sessions. |

Size and Layouts
The main area is 8.5 m by 9 m, with additional space useable for catering. Smaller areas are also available for breakout sessions. Please notify us ahead of time if breakout sessions are necessary.
When you sign up for using our conference room, please pick one of the following layouts, or state your preference in your application:

Location and Equipment
The conference room is on the second floor of our center in Bang Niang. We are equipped with
- 10 rectangular tables, 60 cm by 180 cm
- 40 chairs
- whiteboards
Catering
We are happy to cater coffee breaks for your meeting. Our cost is 25 baht per person per break. You may use our cups and our water heater if you wish to cater the coffee break yourself.
Please contact us for information on local restaurants if your group would like lunch catered.
